Pre-marital Counseling Advice

I took a long walk tonight to talk to any Christian couples considering marriage. The goal is always the pleasure of the Lord God and the blessing of the saints in the marriages of his people. That’s what we want to see in the world as ministers. Our aim is always your fruitfulness and your blessing. Who should you marry? What’s the basis for a good marriage? What will ruin a marriage? What role does our faith play in being married? All of these and more are questions I want to talk a bit through tonight. Listen with your potential spouse if you can. I recommend a great book I’ll provide a link to here below. I’ll ask you some questions here that I hope will help you make the right decision about marriage and point you to biblical counsel on how we can know we’re doing the right thing with the right person. I truly hope this talk is an encouragement to you, and that the Lord will use it to prepare and enrich your marriage.
