Agnosticism comes in many shapes and sizes. It usually just means that a person isn’t willing to say, “There is no God,” they’re smarter than that, but instead might say something like, “I believe there is something up there I’m just not sure who or what it is.” This is more respectable than atheism, but it’s still wrong. If we love people, we must be ready to try to help them see the utter inconsistencies of any and every worldwide outside of Christ’s own. Truth is relative…to God alone. All of Scripture forces mankind to face this reality. You’ll see how this guy is indeed left to the kind of speculations the Bible calls “futile.” We can use certain arguments as steppingstones between us and the people we’re trying to reach, but we must always aim at the Gospel. Today with Kyler, I try to reason with him about how relativism simply doesn’t (can’t) work. That reality is fixed outside of us in many ways and to show him that we all experience this every day if we think about it. I pray you’re edified and equipped by the talk today. Off camera we shook hands, talked about some future work together, and had a pleasant few more minutes in conversation. He took some literature and said he’d come by the website. Pray for Kyler. I truly do hope to see him again sometime.

Note: I’m bringing bug spray out from now on. Those gnats are just unbearable this time of year. You’ll see me boxing with them at one point. I think they must spray during the semesters, but not during the interims. They’re just crazy out here right now.

God bless!!!
